This AUP complements the Terms of Service and applies to every User of the Ibiza Amigo WhatsApp bot and website.

1. General principles

The Service is for personal, non-commercial use by tourists planning a trip to Ibiza or Formentera. Treat the bot and our team as you would a helpful friend. Don't send anything you would not send to a real person.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use the Service to:

Illegal activity - Request or offer the purchase, sale, transport, or use of controlled substances (drugs of any kind) - Arrange, solicit or offer sexual services (prostitution) — including "escorts", "masseuses with extras", etc. - Arrange or solicit the sale or purchase of firearms, explosives, or other regulated goods without licence - Participate in money laundering, tax evasion or any conduct penalised by the Spanish Criminal Code or EU/international law - Solicit trafficking of persons in any form - Infringe third-party intellectual property rights

Harmful / abusive content - Threats, harassment, hate speech, incitement to violence or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, disability - Sexual content involving minors (zero-tolerance — reported to law enforcement) - Non-consensual intimate content - Defamation against partners, staff or other users

Service abuse - Sending spam, bulk messages, automated scripts or bots - Scraping, mirroring, or systematically extracting data from the Service - Reverse-engineering the bot, attempting prompt-injection to extract system prompts or bypass safety guardrails - Overloading our systems with excessive or malicious requests - Probing for security vulnerabilities without written authorisation - Using the Service to train a competing AI model - Creating multiple accounts to evade suspension or abuse free-tier limits - Impersonating another person, company or our own staff

Commercial misuse - Using the Service to solicit our partners for your own benefit outside the Service - Posting promotional content for your own business - Reselling recommendations or access to the Service

3. AI-specific rules

The bot uses AI. You must not:

• Attempt to jailbreak or prompt-inject the AI to produce prohibited content
• Ask the AI to impersonate a specific real person (except clearly-marketed public partners)
• Request that the AI generate medical, legal or financial advice beyond general information — seek qualified professionals

4. Enforcement (graduated response)

We apply a graduated enforcement ladder. Severity and context determine the starting step:

1. Automated warning — the bot flags the behaviour in-chat and reminds you of this AUP
2. Temporary suspension — access blocked for 24–72 hours; subscription time is not extended
3. Permanent ban — WhatsApp number and any linked account blocked; subscription cancelled without refund (except where refund is mandatory by law)
4. Referral to authorities — for suspected criminal conduct (child-safety, drug trafficking, violent threats, etc.), we cooperate with law-enforcement requests (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR)

For serious breaches (zero-tolerance categories) we go straight to step 3 without prior warning.

5. Appeals

If you believe you were suspended or banned in error, email privacy@ibizamigo.com with:

• Your WhatsApp phone number
• A brief explanation of the circumstances
• Any supporting context

We review and respond within 15 business days. A second, independent reviewer handles appeals where possible. Appeal decisions are final within the Service; your statutory rights (including complaint to AEPD or courts of the Balearic Islands) are unaffected.

6. Reporting abuse
